Warranty Policy
As a consumer, you have a legal warranty of one (1) years for the goods you purchased from Fit-Profile.
This warranty covers all original components against defects in workmanship and materials (e.g. in case the product does not correspond with the description in the user manual or with an advertisement of the product).
The warranty does not cover: damages or defects due to accidents, incorrect assembly or installation of the product by the user, improper or negligent use, modification or transformation of the product, maintenance contrary to the product instructions (eg. lack of maintenance of the brakes), or wear and tear or defects inherent to the normal useful life or service life of the product.
Warranty Claim Procedures
The expenses should be taken by the buyer associated with the claiming the warranty, including but not limited to shipping, handing, postage, and insurance.
To ensure that your warranty claim is processed in a timely manner, please ensure that all required information is provided when submitting the claim. Failure to include all necessary information may result in a delay or a denial of your claim.
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent.
Not Covered Under Warranty
· Products without sufficient proof of purchase
· Lost or stolen products
· Items that have expired their warranty period
· Free products
· Repairs through 3rd parties
· Damage from outside sources
· Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
To register your product warranty, Please have the following information:
GE customer service support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours. For the warranty to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to us with the Tracking Number.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the laws of the state of Texas or other applicable laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
